1. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Products that show signs of wear or have been altered in any way are not eligible for return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, personalized, or special-order items, as well as clearance and final sale items, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process
- Initiate a Return: To begin a return, contact our customer service team at +919177774370 with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
3. Refunds
- Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
- Processing Time: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for items not in their original condition, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping fees, gift wrapping, and any other additional charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
- Exchange Process: For exchanges due to a change of mind, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Cancellations
- Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders may have already been processed or shipped, in which case our standard return policy will apply.
6. Custom and Special Orders
Custom-made, personalized, or special-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please review your custom order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Reporting Damages: If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please notify us immediately at +919177774370 with photos of the damage or incorrect item.
- Resolution: We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by replacing the item or issuing a full refund, including shipping costs.
